Experteer Overview
In this role you will bridge business, product, and technology to equip Medical Affairs with scalable digital solutions. You will shape next‑gen tech, enabling faster insights and better access to evidence across the EMEA region. You’ll implement intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflows that improve operational efficiency and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a hands‑on position that combines design, implementation, and continuous improvement in a regulated healthcare context. You’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation that supports medical science and patient care.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, build, configure, and deploy Medical Affairs technology solutions
• Develop agentic AI capabilities and orchestration workflows
• Create and maintain integrations, APIs, data flows, and reusable components
• Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specs
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Compliance
• Implement LLM integrations, knowledge repositories, and AI-enabled workflows
• Establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop processes for AI




• Troubleshoot issues across apps, integrations, AI components, and platform services
• Support deployment, monitoring, and user adoption
• Contribute to technical documentation and engineering best practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies for Medical Affairs use cases

Responsabilidades
• 4-6 years in delivering enterprise digital products or AI-enabled solutions
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Experience with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience with software delivery, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications, or agentic workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to operate in fast-changing environments and manage stakeholders
