Experteer Overview
In this role you own the accounting operations for the Spanish subsidiary of a growing e-commerce business, acting as the central contact for financial and tax matters. You ensure accurate financial data, manage asset accounting, and support statutory closings and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to maintain compliance with Spanish GAAP and IFRS. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position with a clear impact on the company’s financial foundation and regulatory posture.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Record and manage all accounting transactions for the Spanish subsidiary ensuring accuracy
• Maintain asset accounting including depreciation and fixed asset reconciliations
• Reconcile accounts payable and manage receivable with parent company
• Ensure timely bank payments and monitor cash flows




• Support external tax advisors with tax returns and regulatory compliance
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, Spanish GAAP, IFRS, and booking instructions
• Coordinate with local authorities and external legal/tax advisors

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with hands-on accounting experience
• Knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
• Strong Excel skills including reconciliations and reporting
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with ownership mindset
• Clear communication with internal teams and external partners
• Fluency in Spanish and English and/or German
