As IoT Billing Product Manager at Vodafone IoT, you own the vision and roadmap for billing capabilities across the IoT portfolio. You drive commercial scalability, monetisation enablement, and lifecycle management of billing assets to support proposition launches and growth. You shape the customer experience, invoice quality, and billing transparency while coordinating across Product, Technology, Finance, Operations, and Markets. You translate complex business and technical needs into actionable decisions that impact revenue, customer trust, and product outcomes. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a high-visibility, globally distributed team.

Responsabilidades
• Strong product management experience in telecoms, IoT, enterprise platforms, billing, charging or adjacent B2B environments
• Solid understanding of billing platforms, charging logic, invoicing, order-to-cash and monetisation processes
• Knowledge of billing systems and processes from a technology perspective
• Experience leading complex cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Finance, Commercial and Operations
• Ability to translate customer, business and technical needs into clear requirements, priorities and roadmap decisions
• Strong commercial acumen, business case development, stakeholder influencing and product lifecycle management
