Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive SDR/renewal sales strategy, planning, and analysis for the EMEA region, turning data into insights that shape GTM plans and resource allocation. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to steer pipeline management and growth initiatives, while enabling cross-functional teams to scale sales performance. You’ll build early warnings on pipeline health and support renewals and renewals-facing operations. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on analytics in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own monthly sales pipeline KPIs (opportunities, conversion rates, win/loss analyses)
• Drive pipeline budget and forecast with variance analysis
• Support territory carving, GTM resource planning, and incentive compensation strategy
• Implement early warning systems for churn, pipeline, conversions, and pricing
• Collaborate with Area VPs, Finance, and Marketing to identify risks and implement initiatives




• Lead strategic initiatives like capacity planning, pipeline management, and country-specific GTM plans
• Develop growth plans for new geographies and market segments
• Support Renewals and Sales Development to optimize resourcing models

Responsabilidades
• 5-8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Strategy, or similar in SaaS with GTM exposure
• Strong problem structuring and communication skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborative, adaptable, and fast-paced mindset
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Power user of Google Cloud Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
