Experteer Overview
As a Sales Engineer in our Tu0026amp;M team, you will drive growth in the Cataluña, Aragón, Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia and Andorra region by building trusted relationships and closing opportunities. You’ll translate customer needs into Ru0026amp;S solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape offerings and win tenders. This role blends technical insight with commercial drive to expand our regional footprint. You’ll work closely with clients and public authorities to deliver measurable value and support strategic initiatives.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with industrial customers and public authorities in the assigned region
• Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities within the area
• Consult with customers to understand technical and business needs and map to Ru0026S solutions/services




• Plan and execute account development and marketing initiatives to generate demand in key accounts
• Manage tender processes and follow up on public and private tenders
• Build clear opportunity pictures at accounts to drive solution and product development priorities

Responsabilidades
• University Degree in Telecommunication
• Previous experience in Sales or business development
• Excellent B2B communication and presentation skills
• High customer focus with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Familiarity with RF signal testing
• Mother language Catalan and Spanish; fluent in English
• Willingness to travel, including abroad
