AIMEN seeks a senior researcher to lead the Laser Systems & Applications Unit within its R&D; department in Spain. You will drive technological lines in optical and acoustic monitoring and laser spectroscopy, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to meet objectives.
You will manage European and national projects, liaise with partners, promote technology transfer, and support the center's positioning while travelling as needed. A strong background in laser technologies and English are required.
