Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the Spanish-market presence for a European AI-driven customer‑communication scale-up. You’ll create native Spanish content and collaborate with the Vienna team to scale local assets, campaigns, and partnerships. Your work spans website copy, landing pages, newsletters, ad scripts, and influencer programs, driving sign-ups and brand resonance. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup culture with a clear path to impact growth and localization. • Write and optimize high-converting Spanish copy for websites, landing pages, and newsletters
• Craft engaging ad scripts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to drive sign-ups
• Identify, pitch, and manage regional Spanish influencers and content creators




• Run the Spanish-language social media channels with a consistent posting rhythm
• Collaborate with the integral performance team in Vienna to provide local assets for scaling ads

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in content marketing, copywriting, or social media management (preferably in B2C, fast-paced startups)
• Native-level Spanish and strong English to collaborate with international team
• Hands‑on experience in at least two: ad scripting, social media management, influencer outreach, or website copywriting
• AI-savvy mindset with ability to use AI tools creatively to speed up workflows

Requisitos principales
• Salary 45,000–70,000 + equity
• 100% on-site in Barcelona with onboarding in Vienna
• First 2 months fully paid in Vienna
