As the Spain HR Partner, you will align people strategy with Malt’s growth goals, supporting country and division leaders. You’ll balance strategic organization design with day-to-day HR operations, driving an engaged, agile team as Malt scales. You’ll shape performance, development, and talent initiatives in collaboration with Centers of Excellence. This role offers impact through data-driven decisions, people cost management, and cross-functional collaboration in a mission-driven, inclusive culture.

Responsabilidades
• Educational background in HR, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an HRBP role
• Proven ability in project and budget management, paired with strong business acumen
• Practical thinker with a focus on change management and data-driven decision-making
• Native level fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
