In this role you drive growth on the supply side of Fever’s international business by securing and expanding sponsorships for Fever Originals and Official Partnerships. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales and events to craft compelling proposals and long-term sponsor relationships. Your work shapes multi-channel campaigns that connect brands with culturally resonant experiences. The role offers cross-functional impact, a fast-paced creative agency vibe, and the chance to contribute to Fever’s mission to democratize culture and entertainment.

• Identify and engage sponsors to build long-term relationships and craft packages
• Drive revenue through sponsorship strategies, deals, and portfolio expansion
• Oversee execution of sponsorship agreements and activations

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales
• Strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major verticals
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-profile meetings
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset in ambiguous environments
• Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making
• Skilled at crafting visually compelling slide decks and pitch materials
