Experteer Overview
Enthusiastic Planning Analyst to drive labor planning and capacity optimization for AMZL. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to turn data into actionable labor plans and improve future forecasts. This role offers exposure to large data sets, continuous improvement, and a chance to influence daily operations at Amazon’s London hub. You will own the planning process from day one and contribute to scalable, cost-efficient delivery planning.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own labor planning from start and ensure plans are realistic and achievable
• Generate weekly labor plans for AMZL delivery stations and prepare for future needs
• Analyze execution gaps to improve future plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships to drive timely actions




• Challenge unknowns and pursue continuous improvement in key business areas
• Leverage big data from multiple sources to deliver insights that impact daily operations
• Communicate findings clearly and support decision-making across teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Experience in problem solving and data analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting preferred
