Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead small to medium engineering projects and site changes to ensure on-time delivery, quality, safety, and GMP compliance. You will coordinate with local and general stakeholders, manage CAPEX processes, and act as the engineering reference for global initiatives at the site. You will optimize equipment, utilities, and facilities design while driving continuous improvement and risk management. This is a cross-functional, impact-oriented position at a leading pharma company with hybrid work options.

• Lead and coordinate small to medium engineering projects and site changes aligned with priorities and GMP requirements
• Prepare, review, and approve project documentation (drawings, schedules, layouts, diagrams, calculations, datasheets, specs)
• Own and support the local CAPEX process across definition, planning, reporting, and approvals
• Serve as the local engineering reference for global technical projects and implement global initiatives at site
• Align project strategies with local/global stakeholders for effective decision-making and smooth execution
• Develop and manage vendor/contractor strategies including evaluations, coordination, and performance follow-up




• Drive continuous improvement in design of equipment, utilities, and facilities for reliability, quality, safety, and efficiency
• Support asset lifecycle management including FMEA, risk assessments, commissioning, qualification, change controls, ECARs, pCARs, and SOP maintenance

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Experience in project engineering, CAPEX management, or similar in pharma/biotech or highly regulated industry
• Proven project management capabilities (planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management)
• Solid knowledge of GMP, change control, commissioning, qualification, and technical documentation standards
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and external service providers
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
