Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive the integral growth of our grid stabilization business by turning opportunities into contracts through strategic sales and strong customer relationships. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, technology, and strategy, shaping how our solutions create value for utilities, EPCs, and industrial customers. You will lead market development, handle complex tenders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win international projects. This is a high-impact, field-oriented role in a fast-growing segment of the energy transition.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for grid stabilization solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities from early engagement to contract closing
• Build and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline with clear visibility on volumes, risks, and forecast
• Engage with utilities, EPCs, and industrial customers to understand their needs and position our solutions
• Drive complex offers and tenders, coordinating technical, commercial, and internal approval processes
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on strategy and win projects




• Monitor market developments and competitors and translate insights into actionable plans
• Deliver product presentations and represent Innomotics in customer meetings, negotiations, and industry events
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships in the market
• Prequalifications of grid stability portfolio at major customers

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a comparable field
• +5 years of global sales or business development experience in grid applications / grid stabilization, power transmission u0026 distribution, or renewable/industrial energy solutions
• Proven ability to win and deliver complex international projects
• Strong commercial drive with solid technical understanding (ideally power electronics or electrical motors)
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset and stakeholder influence
• Comfortable in a dynamic, international environment with high ownership
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or German a strong plus
