Retail Academy, in partnership with Luxe Talent, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist – Italian Speaker to develop the Italian market from Madrid or Barcelona. Luxe Talent is an international recruitment and training firm specializing in Executive & Middle Management positions in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Braga and Munich.

Responsibilities

-

- Telephone sales of consultancy services and recruitment solutions to different companies in the retail sector.

- Actively participate in the development of the Italian office's sales strategy by identifying potential markets/companies.

- Use various means to identify target customers and contact them to present our services.





- Promote the Luxe Talent brand to players in the target markets to increase the attractiveness of our services.

- Create value through a consultative sales approach, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with the Business Development team for the development of the Italian Market.

Requirements

-

- Experience as inside sales or similar

- Knowledge of the Italian Market

- Ideally fashion experience

- Fluent in Italian; English. Spanish is a plus. xcskxlj

- Commitment and motivation to join a rapidly growing international team.
