In this HR advisory role, you partner with local and regional leaders to shape people strategies and drive an engaging, high‑performing workplace. You will support onboarding, lifecycle processes, and the global HR initiatives locally while ensuring data accuracy in HR systems. Your work strengthens stakeholder collaboration and compliance across multiple countries in the EMEA region. • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Coordinate local implementation of global HR initiatives
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy (e.g., Workday)
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate HR-business communication
• Support HR projects, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies

Responsabilidades
• Prior HR experience (generalist, advisory,



or specialist) in a regulated industry and global matrix environment
• Knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR practices
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a transformation environment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Workday)
• Ability to build trusted relationships with business stakeholders
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring responsible data use
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
