Experteer Overview
In this role you drive HR digital transformation by implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for clients. You’ll work with functional and technical teams across all project phases, from requirements to production and ongoing support. You help optimize people management processes, align configurations with SAP best practices, and stay current with new EC features and releases. You’ll contribute to integration, testing, and documentation to deliver value for multi-national clients.

• Participate in EC implementation, evolution and support projects
• Analyze HR processes and propose SAP-aligned solutions
• Configure and parameterize Employee Central per customer needs
• Manage organizational structures, master data, positions,



and Foundation Objects
• Configure Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons and Metadata Framework (MDF)
• Manage permissions and security using Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Collaborate on integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party apps
• Develop functional specifications and project documentation
• Perform functional tests and support UAT and production implementation
• Provide evolutionary and corrective support for issues
• Stay updated on new SAP SuccessFactors features and releases
