In this Madrid-based role you will provide senior legal support across the business, working with Contract Managers and Project Managers to handle contractual matters, tenders, and disputes. You will review and negotiate contracts, manage claims, and advise on legal risks in collaborations with customers, partners, and subcontractors. The position offers exposure to cross-border tender processes, potential arbitration, and a path to grow in a cutting-edge rail mobility environment. You’ll contribute to a greener, smarter mobility mission while collaborating with diverse teams.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide senior legal support on issues arising in business activities with customers, partners, and subcontractors
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts or other legal documents with acceptable risk levels




• Support business in legal and contractual matters including claims management and dispute settlement
• Contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents
• Support litigation, arbitration or other dispute matters as needed

Responsabilidades
• Law degree from a Spanish university
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm
• Experience with public tenders
• Excellent English language skills
• Native Spanish speaker
• Knowledge of Portuguese law is a plus
• Master in business law is a plus
