Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive transformation-related opportunities for clients in telecom, media and entertainment, utilities, energy, and technology sectors. You’ll shape and deliver transformation agendas across cloud, data, AI, and digital platforms while leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll build trusted relationships, originate new business, and lead cross-functional collaboration to win in complex consulting and technology environments. This is a growth-focused role where strategic, market-facing impact is key and collaboration with Microsoft and alliances matters.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop new business with clients across multiple sectors including telecommunications, media, entertainment, and digital platforms
• Identify transformation opportunities in areas such as network modernization, customer experience, digital channels, content platforms, data monetization, cloud, AI, and intelligent operations
• Create and grow a strong pipeline by prospecting, qualifying opportunities and building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Partner with Microsoft and other strategic alliances to bring industry-focused solutions to market
• Build,



qualify and manage a pipeline for growth, including proposals, SOWs, commercial negotiations and contracts
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior client stakeholders, generating referrals and new opportunities
• Stay updated on market trends, customer expectations, regulatory pressures and technology priorities in the sector

Responsabilidades
• Strong experience across telecommunications, media and entertainment sectors
• Commercially driven with ability to originate opportunities and win new business in complex consulting and technology environments
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and manage senior stakeholder engagement
• Experience in shaping transformation agendas across cloud, data, AI, and digital platforms
• Proven ability to manage proposals, statements of work and contract negotiations
• Comfort working with partners and alliances (e.g., Microsoft) to bring solutions to market
• Strategic mindset with awareness of market trends and regulatory pressures
