As Legal Counsel for Regulatory u0026amp; Digital Contracts, you safeguard the bank’s digital and contractual landscape by tracking regulatory changes and advising on privacy-by-design. You will translate complex law into practical actions for product design and lifecycle projects, helping protect customers and strengthen market leadership. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, regulators, and external counsel to manage risks in contracts, data protection, and cybersecurity. This role offers a chance to shape compliance in a fast-moving tech environment within BNP Paribas Personal Finance.

• Identify and assess legal risks from contracts, data protection, and cybersecurity activities
• Monitor GDPR, anti-corruption and sector-specific rules; issue timely alerts to stakeholders
• Draft, review, and improve electronic contracting processes including e-signature and authentication standards
• Provide legal support for product design, project lifecycles, and digital-IP initiatives; deliver training as needed




• Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and the Spanish Data Protection Authority to resolve inspections and breaches

Responsabilidades
• Law degree (LL.B, J.D. or equivalent) and active licence to practise in Spain
• Minimum 1 year experience in commercial contract law, preferably in a multinational or tech-focused firm
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and sector-specific regulations
• Excellent analytical, drafting and English communication skills; French is a plus
• Ability to balance commercial goals with risk mitigation and to lead cross-functional training
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools; proactive and ethical mindset
