In this role you will lead sustainability, decarbonisation, and net-zero strategies for major buildings and urban developments. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams to embed sustainability into projects from concept to delivery, using data-driven and parametric design approaches. You will manage sustainability workstreams, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and contribute to growing the Sustainable Design practice. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead development and delivery of sustainability, decarbonisation, and net-zero strategies for large projects
• Provide technical leadership in environmental analysis, building performance, LCA, and whole-life carbon studies
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability objectives from concept through delivery
• Manage sustainability workstreams across multiple projects (delivery, quality, budgets,



programmes, client relationships)
• Lead preparation and review of technical reports, sustainability strategies, certifications, and client presentations
• Contribute to practice growth through mentoring, thought leadership, proposals, and business development initiatives

Responsabilidades
• 8-10+ years in sustainable design, environmental consultancy, or related field
• Experience leading sustainability strategies and complex projects from concept to delivery
• Experience managing project delivery, technical quality, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience contributing to business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
