Experteer Overview
In this role you will bridge people operations and day-to-day office leadership in the Barcelona hub. You’ll partner with local leadership to support HR processes, onboarding, performance management, and Lu0026amp;D while ensuring a smooth, compliant, and welcoming workplace. You’ll collaborate with general teams to align initiatives with company goals and contribute to an inclusive, fast-paced tech environment. This position offers a hands-on path to influence culture, operations, and people development in a growing quantum-tech company.

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees
• Oversee Barcelona office administration, vendor relations, and local regulatory compliance
• Manage office supplies, facilities, and workspace to ensure productivity and a welcoming environment
• Coordinate internal events, team meetings, and company gatherings in Barcelona
• Provide HR advisory support to local leadership and policy guidance
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires in Barcelona (access, equipment, desk, orientation)
• Liaise with IT and other departments to ensure day-one readiness for new joiners
• Support offboarding activities, including equipment return and access revocation
• Support performance management processes and ensure alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with department heads to refine performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement
• Support Learning u0026 Development initiatives and coordinate delivery with HQ
• Assist HR operations (salary benchmarking, internal equity, compensation framework)
• Support employee relations matters and contribute to HR strategy discussions
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of HR and/or office administration experience with generalist HR and/or office management duties
• Experience supporting performance management, Lu0026D, or employee relations processes
• Familiarity with HR operations and compensation concepts (salary benchmarking, internal equity)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good analytical skills and comfort with HR systems and data
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of Spanish labour legislation
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong Excel skills
• Highly adaptable, proactive, hands-on, and able to switch between strategic and day-to-day tasks
