Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the engineering teams responsible for the Campaigns u0026amp; Rewards domain within Betsson’s Gaming product vertical. You’ll align engineering delivery with product roadmaps, driving technical excellence in code quality, stability, scalability and security. Expect to shape the engineering organization, mentor managers, and collaborate with architecture and product to enable growth and innovation. This is a high-impact leadership position in a fast-paced, data-driven gaming environment.

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in engineering roles
• 2+ years in senior/strategic engineering leadership
• Experience coaching engineering leaders
• Strong belief in technology as enabler of business growth
• Experience with agile product development practices
• Hands-on experience with highly available, high-load transactional systems
• Ability to define OKRs and KPIs and use data to drive decisions
• Proven ability to lead analyses for complex decisions
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Good to have: gaming industry exposure, distributed teams, AI/ML familiarity, third-party supplier management
• Excellent communication, especially with C-level stakeholders
