As IT Project Owner - Business Analyst at BNP Paribas FRS, you lead Local Regulatory Reporting (LRR) solutions. You translate finance objectives into technical requirements and drive end-to-end delivery. You coordinate cross-functional IT teams and vendors, and oversee UAT and defect backlog to ensure quality. You act as the liaison between Finance units and IT, shaping IFRS-enabled, scalable reporting within a cloud-oriented environment.

• Manage the full project lifecycle for transversal IT projects (scope, budget, resources)
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process maps
• Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors for timely delivery
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the defect backlog
• Serve as primary link between Finance business units and the IT organization





Responsabilidades
• Master in Accounting/Finance
• Over 3 years of experience in Finance or Project Management within banking
• Proven experience implementing IFRS
• Fluent English (B2 minimum); French knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Jira (or similar Agile tools)
• Experience as a BA in Finance systems or accounting interfaces (preferred)
• Ability to simplify complex data and interact with different hierarchical levels
