Experteer Overview
In this role you will steer small to mid-size projects, coordinating between factories and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You’ll manage scope, schedule, and satisfaction while navigating technical and contractual details. You’ll lead risk management, document flow, and regular stakeholder updates, with opportunities to visit sites and optimize processes. This position offers hybrid work, professional growth, and direct impact on energy efficiency and reliability in smart infrastructure.

• Own project economic, schedule, scope, and customer satisfaction outcomes
• Analyze and clarify technical/contractual information with customers and internal teams
• Influence and track the execution of the project schedule across design, procurement, production, testing, shipping, and commissioning

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of project management experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Project Management certification
• Professional expertise in medium and low voltage switchgears, protection and automation systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Project is a plus
• Willingness to travel for business
• Calm, collaborative under pressure; comfortable with change and complexity
• Ability to identify problems and perform root cause analysis
