Experteer Overview
In this hybrid role, you will blend HR generalist tasks with office administration for the Barcelona site. You will be the go-to person for HR and facilities queries, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment. You will support onboarding, performance management, Lu0026amp;D, and local regulatory compliance, while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams across offices. • Serve as first point of contact for HR-related queries and office operations in Barcelona
• Manage office administration, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee office supplies, facilities, and workspace functionality
• Coordinate internal events, team meetings, and company gatherings in Barcelona
• Provide HR policy guidance to local leadership
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (access, equipment, desk, orientation)
• Collaborate with IT and other departments for day-one readiness
• Support offboarding processes (equipment return, access revocation, exit administration)
• Support performance management processes and alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with department heads to refine evaluation methods and drive improvement
• Support Learning u0026 Development initiatives with cross-border coordination
• Assist HR operations including salary benchmarking, internal equity, and compensation framework implementation
• Support employee relations and contribute to HR strategy discussions
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in HR and/or office administration with generalist and/or operational responsibilities
• Experience with performance management, Lu0026D, or employee relations
• Familiarity with HR operations and compensation concepts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good analytical skills and comfort with HR data and systems
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management
• Working knowledge of Spanish labour legislation
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 with strong Excel skills
• Adaptable, proactive, hands-on with strategic and day-to-day tasks
