Experteer Overview
In this role, you guide large-scale Workday transformations by delivering integrated cloud HR solutions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams across global projects to optimize HCM, compensation, and benefits processes. You will lead workstreams, host workshops, and drive innovative methods to maximize clients’ Workday investments. This position offers extensive training, global exposure, and a path to shaping HR technology at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Experience implementing Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits or similar platforms
• Ability to travel as required and manage teams and client interactions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
