In this role you lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations, guiding end-to-end delivery to align with objectives, timelines, and budgets. You’ll shape HR technology transformation and collaborate with global stakeholders, influencing change and ensuring adoption. You’ll work across modules, driving risk management and governance while enabling client value and scalable solutions. Responsabilidades




• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.)
• Strong project management expertise; PMP/Prince2 preferred
• Deep understanding of HR processes and system governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and budgeting
