In this Product Manager role, you will own the Payroll and Rewards digital products within Givaudan's HR IT portfolio, shaping roadmaps and ensuring delivery that aligns with digital strategy. You will work with business and IT partners to translate needs into valuable solutions while maintaining quality and security. You will influence cross-functional teams and measure impact through defined metrics. • Define and maintain the product roadmap with business and IT partners

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years IT experience
• 3+ years as Product Manager with similar scope
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Deep knowledge of Payroll and Rewards processes
• Excellent functional and technical knowledge of SAP Payroll (ECP) and SuccessFactors
• Product management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Understanding of goals, market dynamics, and user needs
• Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
