In this role you will lead scientific content planning and delivery for the Neuroscience portfolio, collaborating across IMACE, IMA, GMA and regional teams to translate medical strategies into robust, compliant materials. You drive launch readiness, lifecycle content, and governance-enabled quality across markets, enabling scalable, reusable content and timely delivery. You will shape scientific narratives that support medical excellence and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on cross-functional impact and strategic alignment.

• Define and execute the NS portfolio scientific content strategy and roadmaps
• Coordinate development of high-quality assets (slide decks, iSEC, HCP materials, MSL training) ensuring alignment with labels, positioning and evidence
• Maintain content frameworks, templates, modular content principles, and reuse strategies
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle activities with timeline and dependency management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content needs and ensure scientific integrity
• Oversee localization while preserving strategic alignment and scientific accuracy
• Ensure content compliance with regulations, policies, SOPs and quality standards




• Partner with Medical Writing, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory to enable efficient content development
• Foster team culture, capability building, onboarding and knowledge sharing
• Drive operational excellence in content planning, development, review, and deployment

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences with focus on Medical Affairs and Scientific Content
• Experience in developing a wide range of assets (slides, training, congress materials, digital and omnichannel content)
• Proven ability to design and execute scientific content/communication strategies at international scale
• Experience across country-level and regional/general roles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and managing external vendors/agencies
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages desirable
