We're Hiring – Concrete Laboratory Technician (R&D;)

Adfil Construction Fibers, part of the globally renowned Saint-Gobain Group, is expanding its R&D; department and is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Concrete Laboratory Technician to join our team.

? About Adfil Construction Fibers

Adfil Construction Fibers is a general leader in the development and production of fibers for cementitious materials. Through continuous research and innovation, we are committed to advancing fiber-reinforced concrete technology and delivering high-quality solutions to the construction industry.

? Key Responsibilities

• Perform R&D; and quality control testing on mortar and concrete, including fresh & mechanical testing.

• Collaborate with the R&D; team and contribute to research projects.

• Actively participate in R&D; projects and technical meetings.

• Report directly to the R&D; Manager.

✅ Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of concrete technology.




- Experience in quality control testing for mortar and concrete is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to actively participate in R&D; projects.
- Good English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.
