We are supporting a confidential CEO search for an international, mission-driven company based in Brussels.

The company operates in a specialized international environment connected to general health, philanthropy and public health, where expertise, technology and data play an important role in supporting complex organizations, programs and decision-making processes.

Over the past years, it has built a solid reputation with an experienced team, international exposure and a proven business model. The organization is now exploring how to further scale its activities, strengthen its positioning and develop new growth opportunities.

The opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for a CEO who wants to lead a company with both purpose and business potential.

The future CEO will inherit a company with strong expertise, a respected market position, committed teams and meaningful impact. At the same time, the organization now needs to become more scalable, more explicit in its strategic choices, and better equipped to balance its current services activity with its technology and product ambitions.

The role will require someone who can combine continuity and transformation: protecting what already works, while helping the company become more focused, more mature and more ambitious in its next stage of development.

Key priorities

The CEO will work closely with the Board and the leadership team to define and execute the next phase of the company’s development.

The main priorities will include:

Scaling the company to its next stage

The company has reached a meaningful level of maturity and visibility. The next CEO will need to help it move from an entrepreneurial growth phase to a more scalable and professionally managed organisation, without losing its agility, mission or expert culture.

Strengthening the services / consulting business

The services activity remains the main business engine today.



It brings revenue, client proximity, credibility, field insight and strong relationships. The CEO will need to further develop this activity, improve visibility, support profitability, strengthen management routines and ensure sustainable growth.

Clarifying the product and technology trajectory

The company has developed digital and product-oriented assets with important potential, including two recently launched SaaS products. The CEO will need to help clarify which opportunities should be prioritized, what level of investment is justified, how adoption and go-to-market should be approached, and which capabilities are needed to supportSaaS adoption and scaling.

Building a scalable leadership model

The CEO transition is also an opportunity to strengthen the leadership model. The future CEO will need to work with senior managers to clarify responsibilities, reinforce delegation, improve cross-functional decision-making and make sure that services, product, technology, finance and go-to-market are well connected.

Working closely with the Board

The CEO will be expected to work in a transparent and mature way with the Board, providing clear information on performance, risks, investment needs, strategic options and key trade-offs. The role requires someone able to create alignment while still making clear decisions.

Representing the company externally

The CEO will represent the company with clients, partners, institutional stakeholders and potential strategic partners. Credibility in complex, multi-stakeholder environments will be essential.

The profile we are looking for

We are looking for a senior leader with the ability to take full ownership of a CEO mandate in a company that combines impact, expertise, technology, services and growth.

The ideal candidate will bring several of the following dimensions:

- Previous CEO, Managing Director, General Manager or senior business leadership experience.
- Previous experience in global health, philanthropy and/or public health, ideally with international organizations, institutional consulting, digital health or complex multi-stakeholder environments.




- Experience scaling an organization, business unit or expert-led activity.
- Strong business judgement and the ability to turn strategic ambition into execution.
- Experience in services, consulting, project-based business or institutional partnerships.
- Good understanding of technology-driven organizations, digital platforms, data systems, product logic and/or SaaS software models.
- Ability to assess product potential, go-to-market assumptions, investment needs and scalability; experience scaling SaaS software would be a valuable asset.
- Experience working with Boards, investors, senior stakeholders or governance bodies.
- Ability to lead senior, expert and mission-driven teams.
- Strong international and cultural sensitivity.
- Fluency in English. French would be a strong asset.
