? Your Role

You will take end-to-end product ownership of a new capacity management product. The role sits at the intersection of business, operations and IT, with responsibility for defining priorities, maintaining the roadmap and product backlog and ensuring the solution fits the operational reality.

You will work closely with an international squad and a broad range of stakeholders across business, IT and operations. As the capability is still being built, you will be involved early in gathering requirements, shaping the team and driving the product forward.

The adecuado profile is a senior, functional Product Owner who combines ownership with strong analytical thinking and clear communication. You should be comfortable challenging complex requests, bringing structure to ambiguity and moving stakeholders towards practical decisions. A strong business/operational background is a big plus.

Your Responsibilities

- Own the product scope and end-to-end delivery of the capacity management application
- Build and maintain the roadmap for the new capability
- Prioritise incoming requests, manage arbitration and support decision-making
- Challenge business needs and translate complexity into clear requirements
- Align business,



IT and operational stakeholders around the product direction
- Analyse end-to-end processes, track KPIs and SLAs, and drive improvement actions
- Identify operational risks and contribute to technology choices and business cases
- Partly setting up the new team and running it, including one direct report

? Who You Are

Must-haves

- Proven end-to-end Product Owner experience, including backlog prioritisation and decision-making
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with analysts, developers and QA
- Strong analytical & strategical mindset with a good understanding of operational flows and the business/IT context
- English is mandatory; Dutch or French is a very strong plus
- Personality-wise: strong in stakeholder management, direct communicator, to-the-point and honest

Nice-to-haves

- Experience in commercial/operational contexts
- Experience with the Atlassian suite
- Experience setting up or functionally leading a new squad/team
- People management experience
