About the Location:

What You'll Do:

- Provide customer support in German and English
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely service delivery
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction

What You Bring:

- Mandatory 1 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry
- Mandatory High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
- Proficiency in English at a business level (C1), with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently




- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Fluent/native-level German

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Compensation & Benefits:

- Gross salary: 1,100/month (paid over 14 months)
- Attendance bonus: 100/month (paid over 11 months)
- Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day

Relocation:
Not provided. Candidates should already be based in Portugal or be able to relocate to Porto at their own expense.
