? What you’ll do

- ? Handle inbound calls from customers in French

- ?️ Register new home appliances and customer details

- ? Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance

- ? Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets

- ? Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements

✅ You are

- ?️ Fluent in French (English or Spanish is a plus!)





- ? A strong communicator with a commercial mindset

- ? Confident in sales and overcoming objections

- ? Customer-focused, proactive, and a real team player

- ? Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
