Our client is a well-established iGaming Group with a successful multi-brand casino portfolio.

They are now launching their first Sportsbook brand and are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead the entire marketing strategy, customer acquisition and brand growth across multiple international markets.

This is a genuine build-from-scratch opportunity where you will define the go-to-market strategy, build and lead the marketing team, and play a key role in the commercial success of the new brand.

Responsibilities

- Own the overall marketing strategy and acquisition budget.

- Drive customer acquisition across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, Influencers and Sponsorships.

- Develop scalable acquisition strategies across grey and regulated markets.

- Build and manage affiliate partnerships and commercial agreements.

- Define the brand positioning, identity and market expansion strategy.

- Work closely with Product, CRM, Payments, Legal and Compliance teams.

- Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing international marketing team.

- Report directly to the Board on performance, CAC, LTV, ROAS and overall marketing KPIs.

Requirements





- 10+ years' marketing leadership experience within Sports Betting and/or iGaming.

- Proven success managing full-funnel acquisition across multiple marketing channels.

- Strong experience with PPC, Affiliates, Programmatic, Brand, Influencer Marketing and Sponsorships.

- Experience launching new products, brands or entering new markets.

- Previous leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.

- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and performance marketing skills.

- Experience operating within grey markets is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of crypto payments is considered a plus but is not essential.
