Your key responsibilities in this role will cover a wide range of operational maintenance tasks across the facility: * Executing regular maintenance routines on facility systems and technical equipment. * Carrying out timely repairs, corrective tasks, and necessary system modifications. * Conducting continuous monitoring and control of water systems and waste management protocols. * Providing essential technical support during facility assemblies, setups, and furniture or equipment relocations.

To perform effectively as a 2nd Class Maintenance Technician,



you should meet the following essential criteria and requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of direct practical experience working in a maintenance role. * A valid Class B driving license. * Additional valued qualification: Vocational training degree (FP) specializing in building maintenance or electrical systems. * Additional valued qualification: Specialized training in legionella prevention and control.

This position offers a structured work schedule and a competitive compensation package in Palma.

The working arrangement operates on a shift system from Monday to Friday, either working the morning shift from 07:00 to 14:00 or the afternoon shift from 14:30 to 21:30, alongside working alternate Saturdays during the morning.

The annual gross salary for this position is €30,139.30, which encompasses the base salary, on-call compensation, shift work allowances, and job position supplements.
