In this role you drive Lighthouse’s product marketing reach to hotel chains and groups worldwide. You own the digital campaigns from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to land consistent messaging across channels. You’ll leverage AI tools to ideate and personalize campaigns at scale, delivering measurable business impact beyond vanity metrics. This is an opportunity to shape how a leading hospitality brand uses AI in marketing at scale.

• Drive measurable outcomes (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue) based on real performance data
• Coordinate multi-channel messaging across website, organic social, paid media, events, and more
• Build and launch campaigns in marketing automation and CMS platforms (Hub Spot, Word Press/Storyblok)




• Understand and define the global hotel marketer audience and regional messaging differences
• Explore and implement AI-powered campaign workflows using Claude, Clay, and other tools
Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS/technology marketing with hands-on campaign execution
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot) and running email campaigns
• Numbers-driven with fluency in marketing metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue)
• End-to-end multi-channel campaign experience across email, landing pages, content, xqbhyrx design, and paid media
• Hands-on builder/executor mindset, capable of configuring systems, testing, and optimization
• Cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, content, design, and sales
• Curiosity about AI and practical use of tools like Claude or ChatGPT
