Role Description The Asesor laboral nóminas role is a full-time hybrid position based in Madrid, with the possibility of performing some tasks from home. The role involves managing payroll processes, social security contributions, and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on labor matters, resolving employee-related queries, and preparing documentation for hires, terminations, and contractual changes.





The professional in this role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement of labor advisory procedures and client service.

Qualifications

Career Counseling and Student Counseling skills to provide guidance on labor issues to employees, clients, and trainees.

Career Development and Career Management skills to support clients and staff in planning and managing professional growth within regulatory and organizational frameworks.

Strong Communication skills to explain complex labor regulations clearly and interact effectively with clients, public administrations, and colleagues.

Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law, social security regulations, and payroll processes.

Experience using payroll and HR management software, and proficiency with office productivity tools.

Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

Relevant academic background in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a similar field, and prior experience in labor advisory or payroll management.
