You will join our procurement team, operating within a multi-brand, multi-country group. As a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, you will drive sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimization across the Finance, Legal, and Insurance category in a fast-paced international environment.
Your missions :
- Define and execute the sourcing strategy for the Finance, Legal, and Insurance category, aligned with overall procurement and business objectives
- Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes, including scoping, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Risk/Insurance teams) across the group's various brands and countries
- Manage and develop the supplier panel, including performance monitoring and risk management
- Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives
- Monitor market trends, benchmark pricing, and supplier innovation within the category
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and governance frameworks (including platform usage, e.g. Ivalua)
- Track and report category KPIs (savings, compliance, supplier performance)
- Support contract renewals and lead renegotiations
Your profile :
- Experience in procurement, with 2 to 5 years in a relevant role
- Experience with procurement fundamentals: strategic sourcing, end-to-end RFx process, contract management and renewal processes, spend analysis
- Category-specific knowledge: understanding the insurance market (broker models, policy structure, renewal cycles), indirect buyer experience, understanding of financial topics (audit, tax, advisory, etc.)
- Experience with tools such as VMS and P2P processes
- Academic background: Master’s degree
- English fluent. French or Spanish is a plus
- You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills
