Position Reporting to the MH Iberia CFO, the Commercial Finance Manager acts as a senior business partner to Commercial and Leadership teams, driving sustainable and profitable growth through pricing excellence, revenue analysis, and data-driven decision-making. The role combines strong commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and cross-functional influence to support strategic choices across pricing, customer profitability, promotions, and value creation. The position also contributes to strengthening the analytical culture of MH Iberia and to embedding more robust data management and performance tracking practices across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Revenue & Profitability Analysis Maximizing sustainable revenue and profit through pricing, sizes architecture, mix, channels and promotions:

Conduct revenue analyses based on customer and market data, including on-trade depletions, off-trade sell-out data, Nielsen data, consumer prices, customer NSI, promotions, gift pack incremental impact on sell-out, and trade terms. Provide financial modeling for pricing, promotions, and investments. Translate complex figures and analyses into actionable recommendations to improve business performance and support decision-making.

When necessary, define mitigation plans with Commercial director and follow up. Facilitate the definition and implementation of strategic commercial decisions through key Revenue Growth Management levers.

Own Revenue Forecast and Analysis: Provide budgeting and forecasting of revenue from a financial lens, bridging business knowledge with financial impacts. Support the development of scalable dashboards and decision-support tools to strengthen business visibility and performance monitoring. Provide pricing analyses, simulations, and tools for both commercial and finance teams.

Pricing strategy: Define the MH Iberia long-term pricing vision, set the roadmap,



and lead its implementation. Own, together with CODIR, the pricing strategy, from pricing definition to long-term value creation. Including annual increase, price repositioning recommendations, and new products price definition. Anchor recommendations on RSP monitoring and price elasticity analysis.

Customer Profitability and FTT Management: Design, maintain, and update customer P&Ls; to support the analysis and optimization of commercial investments by account. Deliver investment efficiency through challenging the commercial negotiations to maximize investment ROI. Review, pre-validate and provide recommendations to the management team on FTT investments.

Lead for the FTT End-to-end aiming at a better accuracy for FTT to maximize efficiency and analysis. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data behind Revenue Analysis by continuously improving processes, tools, and reporting logic. Constructively challenge the way FTT and commercial investment data are managed to improve data quality, consistency, and business relevance Strengthen the analytical culture in MH Iberia: Contribute to strengthening the analytical culture across MH Iberia by promoting fact-based decision-making and a more consistent use of data in commercial and financial discussions.

Act as a transversal contributor across data, tools, and systems, ensuring stronger links between analyses, business questions, and decision-making needs. Help connect data, analytical outputs,



and business insights to enhance coherence across reporting, performance monitoring, and decision-making. Work cross-functionally with the teams involved in data management to improve the reliability, usability, and impact of available information, while supporting more robust data management and performance tracking practices across the organization.

Act as the MH Iberia lead and key point of contact for the integral Moët Hennessy Commercial Enablement community. Share learnings, foster collaboration, and contribute to the development of commercial finance capabilities within Moët Hennessy.

Profile

Minimum 6 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management roles as a priority;

Alternatively, 6 years of financial experience with strong commercial orientation.

Experience in data governance and data quality improvement initiatives would be a strong advantage. Strategic thinking

Strong understanding of customer profitability and commercial investment performance

Ability to guide and support decision-making, with strong results orientation and pragmatism

Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerBI and other simulation tools Languages Spanish: required

English: fluent
