Overview We are looking for a results-driven and growth-oriented professional to join our communication and marketing agency. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and business-minded, with the ability to identify opportunities, drive new revenue, and support the growth of both new and existing clients. Someone who can combine strategy, creativity, and commercial thinking.

Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities (leads, partnerships, and new accounts).

Develop and execute growth strategies for existing clients.

Collaborate with account, creative,



and marketing teams to activate performance-driven campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Support the preparation of commercial proposals and client presentations.

Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Optimize acquisition and conversion funnels.

Qualifications Experience in marketing, growth, business development, or similar roles.

Understanding of digital marketing strategies (performance marketing, paid media, CRM, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and KPIs.

Commercial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proactive, autonomous, and goal-oriented attitude.

Previous experience in agencies (marketing/communications) is a plus.

English required (additional languages are a plus).
