Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the SAP Logistics product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, operational impact, and strategic objectives. • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation. • Drive innovation across logistics and supply chain capabilities.

Business Partnership

• Act as the primary liaison between Logistics, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Distribution Centers, and IT teams. • Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. • Ensure alignment between technology investments and business goals. • Support key decision-making processes regarding logistics systems and processes.

SAP Solution Ownership

• Own the lifecycle of SAP Logistics applications and processes. • Oversee enhancements, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure solution stability, performance, and compliance with company standards. • Define and govern solution architecture decisions within the logistics domain.

Project Delivery

• Lead SAP implementation, rollout, transformation, and optimization projects. • Manage external partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors. • Collaborate with project teams to deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and according to expected business outcomes. • Support SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM transformation programs where applicable.

Operational Excellence

• Monitor service performance and system KPIs. • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of major issues. • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline logistics operations.



• Promote standardization and best practices across locations.

• Drive the strategic evolution, governance and delivery of SAP logistics solution • Very high English level is a must.

- Bachelor´s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Master´s Degree is considered a plus.
- 8+ years of experience working with SAP Logistics solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Ownership or SAP Leadership roles.
- Proven experience within Retail, FMCG, Fashion, Grocery, or large-scale Distribution environments.
- Experience delivering SAP transformation programs.
- Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
- Very high English level is a must.

• Permanent contract in a global company. • Competitive salary range between €80.000 and €90.000 gross per year.
