Having helped 600+ clients secure visas across Croatia, Portugal, and beyond, we are now expanding our in-house legal team for the Spanish market.

The Role

We are seeking a licensed Spanish Attorney (Abogado/a Colegiado/a) with 2–5 years of experience to oversee our Spanish digital nomad visa operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end client success while contributing your legal expertise to our editorial platform.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full application lifecycle for Digital Nomad Visas (including consulate bookings and residency filings).

Coordinate and handle NIE applications and other mandatory in-person requirements (within Spain).





Utilize your expertise to draft and peer-review high-level legal articles and guides (if applicable).

Provide legal consultations to international clients if requested.

Requirements: Licensure: Active license to practice law in Spain (Colegiado/a).

Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

Experience: Proven experience in Spanish immigration law and navigating public institutions.

Communication: A background or interest in professional writing is a significant plus.
