International Law Firm in Madrid is looking for a HR Generalist
Hogan Lovells is a global law firm providing high quality legal advice to corporations, financial institutions and governmental entities. We have over 2,500 lawyers operating in 47 offices in Europe, the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
We are currently looking for a HR Generalist with 5 years of experience to undertake a variety of HR duties.
He/she will support our HR team in Madrid taking on human resources responsibilities such as:
Talent Acquisition: Own the end-to-end recruitment for Business Services (Business Development, IT, Finance and HR). Strategy Meeting, Sourcing, Screening, offer creation / management and onboarding of new employees.
Internal management of Compensation and benefits of all employees
Administering the firm`s benefits programs (e.g medical insurance, flexible compensation) liaising with the benefits providers and managing the enrolment, renewal and distribution processes.
Ensuring the firm is compliant with local legislations.
Supporting HR Manager on Labour relationships including preparing documentation (leavers, secondments, Agile Working agreements, maternity/paternity leave, etc).
Design the training program for employees.
Compiling and maintaining paper and electronic employee records including Workday updates.
Educational background required:
University degree is a must and specific studies in Human Resources are also required.
English level: Advanced (C1) mínimum.
Skills:
HR Generalist background, with proven business partnering experience in a similar role.
Experience recruiting across a variety of roles and seniority levels.
Previous experience of using online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter).
Workday platform experience will be highly valuable.
Team player attitude and proactivity, excellent verbal and written communication skills and integrate easily with our worldwide HR team.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
Working under pressure.
Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner.
