We are currently looking for a HR Generalist in our Zaragoza´s manufacturing site and Logistic Center to design, implement and monitor a variety of human resource programs. You will anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management, supporting the business to develop and achieve Organizational & People plans taking into account functional, local and global strategies. This will include the support of processes like employee onboarding, employee engagement, development, succession planning, performance management,



I&D; and Well-being culture, organizational change, employee relations & solutions, training, HR compliance, compensation & benefits and HR project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively supports the delivery of all HR Processes in our site: talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, benefits, training, performance management, employee growth and employee retention, among others
- Work closely in partnership with Spain & Portugal HR managers
- Implement processes at a local level that come from integral Teva
- Strengthen and nurture our culture in alignment with the company’s values and goals.
- Supports organizational change and design by working with senior management.
- Work in partnership & collaboration with different HR Center of Expertise.
- Oversees all recruitment activities for the site and takes proactive steps to ensure there is a robust talent pool. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition colleagues accordingly
- Maintain knowledge of local HR policies and programs and ensure legal compliance.
- Serve as a project leader for HR and/or business-driven initiatives
- Provide support to managers & employees in relation to general HR questions and resolves issues in a timely manner.
- Handle and process payroll duties
- Actively identifies gaps, process, suggest solutions and implement changes required.




- Work with the leaders and employees across the functions to develop/maintain high levels of engagement.
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and generates positive changes in the people management.

Requirements

- Excellent command of English (it’s a must!)
- Bachelor´s degree (preferably in the area of Human Resources/Business Administration/Psychology/Economy...)
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2-3 years as HR Generalist
- Proven ability to influence, persuade, facilitate and build credibility at all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas; talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, welfare, performance management, talent management, employee retention, employee relations, change management and cross-functional way of working
- Analytical, decision-making and delivery skills
- Good knowledge of labour law and employment regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. People oriented
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually and work on multiple tasks at the same time.
