We are looking for a passionate product manager who will lead our AI-powered language products and take them to the next level.

Your product portfolio includes machine translation and other AI-based language services that integrate into our language service eco-system that gives our customers and users an all-in-one localization solution that is tailored and easy to use and provides high-quality results efficiently by deeply integrating human expertise with AI technology and automation.

In your role you...

- Collaborate closely with the Directors of Product & Engineering.
- Align business goals with customer needs and market opportunities to find the right product at the right time.
- Connect with your customers and users to understand their problems deeply and become their voice.
- Set aligned goals using the OKR system to focus and measure what matters.
- Guide product discovery to experiment and test product ideas quickly and find the best solution that is valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.
- Conduct cross-functional user story mapping to create shared understanding & scope.

- Create and maintain a validated and prioritized product backlog that you own.
- Facilitate engineering by composing well-aligned user stories.
- Manage internal stakeholders for a successful and aligned go-to-market.
- Evangelize lean product management in your team and our organization.

The team you'll be a part of

- Is a cross-functional and highly autonomous product team with 7 members.
- Has a BizDevOps mindset: We discover it, we build it, we run it, we improve it.
- Has lots of engineering expertise: Full-stack, machine learning, data, SRE, linguistics.
- Builds the right thing (lean track) and builds the thing right (agile track).
- Decides data-driven, measuring what matters to our users, products, and business.
- Releases daily, having a cloud-native setup with automated CI/CD.
- Aligns cross-team on best practices for technology, engineering, and security.
- Collaborates closely with a product designer and a user researcher.
- Loves to experiment and learn quickly to remove any waste.
- Takes care of each other, shares knowledge passionately, and helps you to grow.
