We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway

- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, Linkedin and other touchpoints (if cold-calling scares you, this position is probably not for you)
- Research and prospect for new clients in Benelux region
- Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager




- Work together with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target lists
- Work with the Sales Executive and the Whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth

Your basic qualifications

- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- You have a native level of Dutch and a good level of English
- Ideally, you are a fresh graduate in Economics / Management / Marketing / Tourism or you have relevant work experience (public oriented)
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistake
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

We are also interested in

- Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up is a big plus
- Any other language is a plus
