Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive German-speaking Account Manager to drive customer success and optimization efforts for German-speaking clients in Barcelona. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, enhancing account performance, and supporting portfolio growth through consultative engagement and strategic optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing support and relationship management for a portfolio of clients

- Proactively address client questions and needs to improve satisfaction and retention

- Deliver tailored recommendations to optimize account performance and engagement

- Manage and track account activities using CRM and customer success tools

- Meet outreach and client engagement KPIs consistently

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service delivery





- Capture and communicate client feedback to inform internal improvements

Requirements

- German proficiency at C2 level (spoken and written)

- Proficient English communication skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or related roles

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities

- Results-oriented with a consultative approach to client engagement

- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
