Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to find the best solutions.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new internal systems.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
