About The Role

We're looking for Spanish localization specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Spanish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates across the diverse Spanish-speaking world — making a real impact on one of the most widely spoken languages on the planet.

- Type: Hourly Contract

- Location: Remote

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated Spanish content for tone, register, and regional relevance

- Identify localization issues involving idioms, regional usage, formality, and cultural nuance

- Suggest culturally appropriate alternatives to improve naturalness and authenticity

- Flag mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, and register mismatches

- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve overall localization quality

- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are





- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish

- Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English

- Deep understanding of regional Spanish variants and how they differ

- Comfortable evaluating written language quality across diverse content types

- Attention to detail and consistency

- No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience in localization, translation, or content adaptation

- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows

- Knowledge of multiple Spanish-speaking regional markets (e.g., Latin America, Spain, US Hispanic)
