Responsibilities - Assesses operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for specific short‑term/project‑based and long‑term job assignments.
- Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to operational talent to support their development.
- Determines training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps.
- Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization.
- Supports the redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate short‑term/project‑based and long‑term job opportunities/assignments.
- Supports operational talent with tools and guidance for career mobility, based on skills and experience.
- Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking.
